The world currently generates 3.5 million tons of waste every day with the U.S. producing a world leading 250 million tons a year. That’s roughly 4.4 pounds of trash per person, per day!
Our commitment to low-waste.
Every day, we are all faced with numerous decisions that can either harm or help the planet. We carefully consider this factor when making all of our business decisions, particularly when it comes to what and how we consume, as well as how we reduce, reuse, recycle, and compost.
We are dedicated to composting all of our food scraps and juice pulp.
We are committed to using sustainable packaging, which includes reusable glass jars and bottles, as well as compostable to-go ware made from recycled paper.
We vow to implement a glass bottle and jar bring-back program.
We promise to recycle as many materials as possible.
We pledge to seek out alternative materials to plastic, such as stainless steel, glass, wood, bamboo, silicone, and natural fiber cloths like cotton, hemp, and flax whenever feasible.
We are devoted to avoiding single-use items, lessening our environmental impact, and safeguarding the planet, animals, and future generations to the best of our ability.

Rinse and return your glassware.
We buy back all of our glass bottles and jars for sanitization and reuse. You can return your rinsed glassware at any time to receive credit or put it towards your next purchase.

Bring your own bag, box, or carrying case.
If you plan on buying more than one item or are taking your order to-go, consider bringing a reusable carrying case, box, or bag with you.

Utilize our compost and recycle bins.
Compost and recycle bins are available onsite. Please use them correctly: only compostable to-go ware or food scraps in the compost bin, and items marked recyclable in the recycle bin.
Every minute 1 million disposable cups end up in landfill.
Participate in our glass return program!
How it works:
When you buy an item packaged in glass, a glass deposit is included in the item's price.
When you return the clean glassware with your next purchase, you will receive a discount on your new item equivalent to the deposit.
Please remember that only rinsed glassware will qualify for the refund.
