We recommend spending the days leading up to your cleanse by eating a plant-centric diet that is mostly raw. Including smoothies, blended soups, salads, juices, and plenty of water will help ensure that your cleanse is both enjoyable and effective.

TAKE A BREAK FROM

To enhance your body's optimal functioning, it is important to take a break from sugar, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, processed foods, flours, grains, and dairy. By eliminating these items from your diet, your body will have an easier time with the cleanse, resulting in fewer healing reactions and detox symptoms such as headaches, fogginess, and fatigue.

SET YOUR INTENTION

We strongly believe in the power of setting intentions and its crucial role in your juice cleanse journey. Before starting, take some time to clarify your intention for the cleanse and then make sure to write it down! This simple step will help you kickstart your cleanse and give you the necessary motivation and inspiration to continue throughout the days ahead.

During

ADJUSTMENT

During the first few days of your cleanse, your body will be in serious detox mode! Every juice you drink will help you eliminate bloat, fat, chemicals, toxins, and even emotions that have been accumulating in your system. You will be receiving all the vitamins, minerals, and live enzymes from the raw juices, and your body will be absorbing it all! However, during this time, you may experience some uncomfortable symptoms and reactions as your body goes through the cleansing process. Our guidebook offers several tips to help you navigate this period, which you can download for free on our website. We recommend avoiding intense exercise during the cleanse and giving yourself the opportunity to rest and relax.

DRINK ALL YOUR JUICE

We highly recommend drinking all of your juices each day, either at a steady pace or every two hours. Each juice performs an important role in the process and end results, so it is crucial that you receive all of the nutrients. Additionally, remember to drink plenty of water and herbal tea if desired. To start your day, we suggest beginning with a large glass of lemon water upon waking to promote detoxification and prepare the digestive system.

After

EASE BACK IN

After completing your cleanse, it's crucial to take it easy. Be mindful of your diet during this time. Similar to the preparation period before your juice fast, easing back into regular eating with raw foods is the ideal approach. Fruits, vegetables, salads, soup, and smoothies are all excellent choices. Soon after the detox phase, you will experience a surge in energy and a newfound zest for life. Embrace the changes and recognize how light, vibrant, and rejuvenated you feel. This is the transformative power of a thorough detoxification!

KEEP IT UP

After completing your first juice cleanse, you can maintain results and form healthy habits by dedicating one day a week to consuming juice and liquids. Additionally, we recommend incorporating juice fasting into your routine every 3-6 months or with each change of season. We firmly believe that juice cleansing is not a temporary fix, but rather a consistent practice that can enhance and sustain overall holistic health. Before starting a cleanse, please consult your natural healthcare provider.

How to sign up

You may sign up online using the link to our online store at the bottom of this page or you may sign up in person at our storefront. It is helpful to give us at least 24 hours advance notice before your intended start date.

When to pick up

You will need to pick up your cleanse daily during our operating hours. The specific dates and times for pick-up will be arranged when you schedule your cleanse. (You also have the option to pick up multiple days' worth of cleanse at once if necessary, but we recommend picking up your cleanse daily or at most 2-3 days' worth at a time to maintain quality and freshness). When picking up your cleanse, it is recommended to bring a cooler with ice to keep the juices cold or to immediately place them in a refrigerator. Since the juice is a raw, living product, it must be kept cold for food safety and optimal quality.

*Please note that all cleanse orders are final. If you are unable to pick up your cleanse on the scheduled date, a refund will not be provided. Any changes to your pick-up schedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

We recommend that you download our FREE juice cleanse eBook, which can be found at the bottom of this page. This guidebook is designed to assist you throughout the entire process of your cleanse, covering the pre, during, and post-cleanse phases.

To prepare your body, mind, and spirit for the detox, we suggest gradually eliminating meat, dairy, gluten, caffeine, refined sugar, processed foods, and alcohol. Additionally, we recommend increasing your water intake, incorporating more fruits and vegetables into your diet, and setting an intention for your cleanse (more details on this can be found in the eBook).

We advise starting to prepare for your cleanse 1-3 weeks in advance.
