A vibrant mountain town juicery with a mission to nurture holistic well-being and share the healing power of plants with community.
Inner Light Juice was founded in 2021 by Eagle County locals Tricia (Treasure) Schultheis and Keith Carrieri, both of whom grew up in the Vail Valley. Tricia (Treasure), driven by her passion for raw food creation, juicing, and holistic living, spent years envisioning and developing Inner Light Juice. Keith, her friend and fellow plant-lover, helped support her vision and bring Inner Light Juice to life.
This labor of love initially took the form of a food truck, offering organic cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies to the local community in Eagle and the broader Vail Valley. After two successful food truck seasons, Inner Light Juice continued to evolve, culminating in the opening of a storefront at the corner of 2nd and Broadway St. in Eagle.
In late 2024, Tricia (Treasure) embarked on a new journey, following her heart to explore new horizons, while Keith took over as the current owner. He remains dedicated to upholding the core values and vision that prioritize wellness for the body, mind, spirit, and planet.

Our Values
We value sustainability and aim to protect our planet by offering a glass return program, providing compostable to-go ware, and using glass bottles for our juices. Glass is a continuously recyclable and reusable resource, making it the safest material to drink from.
We reduce our fruit and vegetable waste by ensuring that any leftovers are composted or used in other nutritious recipes.
We are committed to recycling as many materials as possible.
We use earth-friendly, non-toxic cleaners like essential oils, baking soda, and vinegar.
We prioritize allergy concerns, dietary preferences, and overall wellness by offering organic, vegan, plant-based, raw, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free options.
